Fix PCA Algorithm for Image Compression

I need assistance with my PCA algorithm that is currently unable to process rectangular images. The algorithm fails when it encounters these images, which is a significant issue as I need to compress a variety of image types. I have a theoretical solution, but I'm having trouble implementing it.
Key tasks include:
1. Adjusting the PCA algorithm to handle rectangular images effectively.
2. Implementing the CUDA version of EigenDecomposition function.
3. Switching from a 1D to a 2D grid.
4. Creating a CUDA+MPI version for improved performance.
The ideal freelancer for this project would be someone with a strong background in image processing, parallel computing, and CUDA programming. Experience with PCA and EigenDecomposition is essential.
