Customer Service Sales Representative (Chat Support)
A Customer Service Sales Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers while driving sales and meeting company targets. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, processing orders, resolving complaints, and upselling products or services that meet the customers' needs. The representative must combine strong communication skills with a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to effectively drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Must speak Spanish fluently and English
Customer Service:
Provide high-quality support to customers via phone, email, chat, or in person.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating to management if necessary.
Maintain a customer-centric attitude, focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales:
Actively sell products or services by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
Upsell or cross-sell additional products/services to enhance the customer experience and drive sales growth.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date on company products, services, pricing, and promotions.
Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage to encourage purchasing decisions.
Maintain knowledge of competitors’ offerings to provide better customer comparisons.
Data Entry & Record Keeping:
Accurately input customer information, transactions, and feedback into the company’s database.
Track and document customer interactions and sales metrics.
Collaboration:
Work with team members, managers, and other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth service.
Provide feedback to the sales or product development teams based on customer suggestions and complaints.
Follow-Up:
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Send order confirmations, product updates, and marketing information as necessary.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain customer records, update contact information, and track service requests.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to sales and service metrics.
Skills and Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to engage customers and explain product details clearly.
Sales Abilities: Persuasive and proactive in identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle challenging customer situations and resolve issues effectively.
Customer Focus: A passion for helping others and creating positive customer experiences.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with customer service software, CRM systems, and other digital tools.
