Project Overview: We are looking for a talented and experienced Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow the social media presence for a high-end luxury brand specializing in intimate décor and relationship-enhancing products. The goal is to create engaging, consistent, and brand-aligned content across our key platforms: Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and Facebook.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and schedule posts according to our Social Media Strategy Guide across Instagram, X, TikTok, and Facebook.
Create engaging and visually appealing content that aligns with the N.A.M.E. Framework (Novelty, Autonomy, Mystery, Eroticism) and SACRED philosophy.
Ensure all posts maintain our brand voice: sophisticated, sensual, inclusive, empowering, and tasteful.
Monitor social media activity, respond to comments and direct messages within 24 hours, and engage with followers.
Use social listening tools to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Track and analyze KPIs (engagement, follower growth, click-through rate) and adjust strategy accordingly.
Collaborate with the team to plan campaigns, new product launches, and promotions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator/Manager, preferably in the luxury, intimacy, or lifestyle sectors.
Strong understanding of Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and Facebook algorithms and best practices.
Ability to create visually appealing content that aligns with a luxury, high-end brand.
Excellent copywriting skills, with an emphasis on engaging and inspiring tone.
Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
Fluent in English, with impeccable grammar and communication skills.
Knowledge of the N.A.M.E. Framework and SACRED philosophy is a plus (training will be provided if needed).
Deliverables:
Consistent social media content for Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and Facebook (3-4 posts/week on Instagram, 2-3 posts/day on X, 2-3 posts/week on TikTok, and 2-3 posts/week on Facebook).
Bi-weekly progress reports on engagement, growth, and performance.
Quick response times to customer inquiries and comments on all platforms.
Active engagement with followers to build community and increase brand loyalty.
Additional Information:
This is a long-term position with potential for growth as we expand our brand presence.
Must be comfortable working with an adult/luxury brand, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
