This house of yours can be designed with different programs, in my case I am using STAAD programs which recognizes codes used around the world including European and American, and other standard codes. I will provide the calculations for footings, slabs, concrete and steel beams, Timber joist floor, and details of footings, slabs, columns, beams, floor joists.
