I expect you to be polite and a good communicator & mannered as well .It is pertinent to note that your services are provided to highly designated [login to view URL], a first-class Personal Care Assistant will be someone who prioritizes the well-being and demonstrates a caring [login to view URL] ideal Applicant will be able to handle any of these circumstances with a gentle touch and a cheerful attitude. • Support while moving on their own • Assist with physical therapy exercises • Assist with activities such as preparing meals, dressing and undressing, shopping and ambulation in case of exigencies • Do necessary housekeeping to maintain a clean environment • Inform doctors or supervisors about uncommon events • Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency • Help to move around safely • Solve routine problems, promote healthy lifestyle habits, and provide general companionship. • Dispencing medications on time, administering treatments, and assisting with exercise routines as prescribed. • Engaging in suitable activities, such as playing games, taking walks,attending function, meeting other peopleor having conversations. • Assisting with running errands. • Accompanying on outings and arranging medical appointments. • Providing mobility support, including assistance with walking aids and wheelchairs in case of exigency. • Maintaining a hygienic, tidy, and safe environment. Personal Care Assistant Requirements & Skills : • Preferred Graduate or undergraduate or equivalent degree or diploma(Minimum Intermediate ) • Experience of working outside home(Freshers to any work are not preferred) • Available to work irregular hours as it is 24 hours job. • Ability to perform housekeeping tasks, prepare meals and run errands. • Exceptional interpersonal skills, a caring approach, and physically fit. • Ability to maintain a tidy and safe living environment. • Experienced to work outside house • Committed to health & safety • Able to do housework and cooking • Well-organized and reliable • good and presentable in looks • Excellent communication and people skills • Positive and compassionate attitude • Strong ethics • Physical stamina(Minimum weight-45kgs and height-4’10’’) • Handle confidential information • Known to Hindi & Some English • required Age 21-55 yrs • Applicant should be of General or OBC category only.(No SC/ST) • Unmarried or divorced or widow (no children allowed ),married with certain conditions only • Pay scale 10 to 25000 as per requirement • Provided with separate room for living and meal 3 times in a day. • No criminal history of her & family.
