I am seeking a skilled developer to create a bespoke software application for Windows, primarily for data management purposes. Key Details: - The software will be exclusively for private use and it should facilitate efficient data management. - Must be fully compatible with Windows OS. - The software will be used to categorize business clients based on regulatory requirements that affect each client based on their industry. - It would also need to incorporate an additional component that involves risk assessments for each client. - All the categories and risk factors will be provided by me, but I would also like to know if the software can be created so that additional categories or parameters can be updated on an as-needed basis or as laws and regulations change or go into effect in the future. Applicant Requirements: - Please provide a detailed project proposal, outlining your approach and methodology for this project. - Also provide information about data privacy systems that you are familiar with and have had experience incorporating and adhering to regulatory requirements from GDPR, CCPA and other privacy rules for data management and retention. - Please confirm if you would be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) simply to agree that you will not share my company plans and details publicly. Nothing within the NDA will prevent you from creating similar software for other companies, but it would be for the sole purpose of ensuring that my company plans and details are not shared publicly. Further details and a review of the NDA before proceeding with the software development is acceptable.
