Freelance Interviewers and Mentors for Big Data, Cloud and ML Technologies

Hello, [login to view URL] is a Talent Solutions company. We help our clients with Sourcing and Skilling. We have very high volume of candidate interviews to deal with to select candidates for various positions for our clients. We are looking to outsource some of the interviewing work to freelancers. We are looking for professionals experienced in Big Data, Cloud, ETL, and Cloud ML Technologies to take technical interviews on our behalf. Each interview will be of 20 minutes. You are to use Google meet or any similar tool for video-interview. In the interview, you are to select candidates who possess a base set of skills and are trainable individuals. (these candidates then go through a Skilling Bootcamp). Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in these skills. Please let us know how many interviews you will be able to take per day and what would be your hourly rate. These interviewers then can also mentor the candidates with 2-3 sessions per week at flexible timings - we can discuss modalities with the right candidates. Technologies required: PySpark, Scala, Kafka, Cloud Data Engineering, Cloud ML, Elastic Stack.
