A Website for customers to purchase eSIMs. Important Notes for Developers: -We need a developer with strong expertise in APIs, CRM, mobile app, and website development. -Security and customer data protection are critical. Measures should be taken to minimise third-party risks. -We expect flexibility throughout the development process as the design may evolve. -The developer must provide early-life support for the first few months post-launch to address bugs or small changes, included in the total price. -Integration with multiple providers' APIs is required to ensure seamless operations across the CRM, app, and website. - Examples of similar projects and further details will be provided during discussions. - The developer will sign an NDA. Promo Code Management: - Create and manage promotional codes for both the website and app. Support Hub: - Integrated live chat and support ticket system for staff to assist customers. 2. Website Development The website will provide a seamless customer experience for purchasing eSIMs and managing profiles. Core Features: - User Login and Profile Management: - Integrated with the CRM to maintain unified user profiles. Homepage with Search Functionality: - Search by region/country, showing recommended eSIM plans directly on the homepage. Visual Elements: - A 3D phone animation displaying the app, transitioning into other sections of the page. Futuristic and Modern UX Design: - Think of Apple’s simplicity and user-friendliness. Third-Party Integrations: - Facebook Pixels, Google Suite, Omnisend, TrustPilot, etc. Editable by Staff with Documentation: - No developer dependency for minor edits.
