Project Title: Mobile App Development for SIP-Based Calling with Admin Panel
Overview:
We are looking for a developer (or team) to build a mobile application for Android platforms that connects users to my VoIP service powered by LexiCall's SIP. Users will purchase minutes from me and have the ability to make calls while customizing their Caller ID (CID). Payments can be made via crypto or Stripe. Additionally, there will be a web-based admin panel to manage user accounts, track remaining minutes, and adjust settings.
Key Features:
User Mobile App:
- Login System: Secure user authentication with a dedicated database for user data.
- Purchase Minutes: Users can buy call minutes from my service using Stripe or cryptocurrency.
- SIP Integration: Utilize LexiCall SIP to facilitate VoIP calls through the app.
- Caller ID Customization: Allow users to change and "spoof" their outgoing caller ID.
- Minutes and Call Logs: Users can view their remaining minutes and call history within the app.
- Simple UI/UX: A user-friendly interface that is minimal but functional for the initial release.
Admin Panel (Web-Based):
- User Management: Admins can view and manage user accounts, including remaining minute balances and call history.
- Manual Top-Ups: Admins have the ability to manually add minutes to user accounts as needed.
- API Management: Admins can modify API settings for the SIP integration and other configurations.
- Payments Overview: Track transactions made through Stripe and cryptocurrency for minute purchases.
Technology Stack:
- Mobile: Development for Android connected to a database such as Firebase, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Payments: Integrate Stripe for card payments and a crypto payment gateway (like CoinGate).
- SIP Integration: Use LexiCall SIP services to handle VoIP call functionality.
- Admin Panel: Web-based, developed using a modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, Vue) for efficient user management.
Timeline:
- Basic Version (High Priority): Deliver a basic version of the app within 48 hours, including user login, SIP calling, minute purchasing, and Caller ID management.
- Future Improvements: After the initial version is complete, we will increase the budget to enhance UI/UX, add more features, and optimize the overall user experience.
Budget:
Please provide an estimate for the basic version (48-hour delivery) and additional estimates for UI/UX improvements and new features after the initial launch.

Clarification:
The app will allow users to connect to my VoIP service, which runs through LexiCall. They will purchase minutes directly from me, and when they make calls, those minutes will be deducted from their account with my service. This model allows me to profit by charging users more than what I pay for the LexiCall service. Users will have the ability to see their remaining minutes and customize their caller ID when making calls.
