AWS EC2 Web Application Development

We need to create a web application running over aws EC2, in the platform you prefer (pyton, php, lavarel etc) with a small DB you prefer to perform the following tasks
with very simple visual menu input, process, download output
1. INPUT operator will upload files daily in the following order:
- Leganti… (one file)
- S500_.... (one or many)
- Analog…. (one or many)
- Counter..... (one or many)
2. CONTROL before uploading data the xsl must verify that data comply to the following standards:
a. import csv format NOTE1 . check data format is correct
b. imputs columns NOTE2 .check fields to be imported are correct
c. correct time frame -all times on all files must follow the previous upload NOTE3 .check time is correct
d. compulsory data NOTE4 some data must be present Numero Collaudo and time
if columns are missing then sys report an error message and wait for the correct upload (4 failure modes a, b, c, d)
3. PRE-PROCESS&STORE IN THE DB
All data must be processed to be imported into DB (ideally MySql)
System must create 4 tables each table must have the time in each row as primary key
- S500 > just importing new data in S500
- Analog > just importing new data in table Analog
- Leganti > in that case we need to prerocess the data trasposing relevant data with time on the left see example
- Counter> data from counter must ben preprocessed to convert ticks in RPM and stored in a new table RPM
4. PROCESS
a new output table must be created for download with the following procedure
> look into PPG_Leganti and search for codice di collaudo in S500 (match on primary key)
> then match in analog and RPM data with same timeframe
5. OUTPUT
