AWS Elastic Beanstalk Site/App Updates

I'm looking for an expert in AWS, specifically Elastic Beanstalk, to help with updates to our existing site and app.

You should be skilled in:

- React and Flutter and Dart

- GitLab processes

- AWS

Changes needed:

- Primarily textual updates on both user interface and content pages

- Improvement of user registration feature

- Replicate existing site on duplicate platform (AWS) with new changes for business

Your experience with site and app deployment and optimization on AWS Elastic Beanstalk will be pivotal for this project. Relevant portfolios with similar work will be highly appreciated.
