Skilled YouTube Editor for Documentary-Style/Infotainment Videos

We are looking for a talented and innovative YouTube Video Editor with a flair for creativity and an eye for design.

Requirements:

1. Experience with Documentary-Style/Infotainment Editing: Familiarity with documentary-style video editing and storytelling, inspired by creators such as Nitish Rajput, Gaurav Thakur, Dhruv Rathee, Soch by Mohak Mangal, Johhny Harris, Ali Abdal etc. This includes structuring narratives, applying pacing effectively, and retaining viewer engagement.

2. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects: Advanced skill level in Adobe After Effects is essential for producing dynamic and polished videos with smooth transitions, animations, and visual effects.

3. Map Creation Using Plugins like GeoLayers3: Skilled in producing animated maps using plugins like GeoLayers3 in After Effects, ideal for adding a geographical context to storytelling with custom map effects.

4. Creative Mindset and Visual Design: Must possess a strong creative instinct and a solid understanding of the art of design, allowing for the production of engaging and visually appealing content that enhances the storytelling aspect of each video.

5. Expertise in Color Theory: Should be well-versed in Color Theory to ensure color grading and overall aesthetics are aligned with the visual tone and message, creating a cohesive and professional look across videos.

6. Ability to Create Visual Effects: Proficient in creating specific effects that include Paper Clipping, Text Highlighter, Newspaper Style, Noise and Grain addition, Glow Effects, and Text Animations, adding an impactful and stylized look to the content.

7. Knowledge of Midjourney or Similar Tools: Familiarity with Midjourney or similar AI-driven tools to conceptualize and generate creative assets, supporting the creation of unique and compelling visuals.
