Google Sheet or Python Form Filling - Auto Populate and Generate Excel

I'm looking for a freelancer who can assist with a Python and/or Google Sheet auto-populate reports using mobile devices only. The primary function will be filling out forms based on a variety of data types, specifically text, numerical values, and drop-down selections. Purpose of this form: Collective staff reports using one form and stored in one Excel file with chart.
