I'm looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate our Scrum ceremonies for a development team. Your primary responsibility will be to guide and oversee key meetings. Initially I just need some help getting my Jira board setup, but I may consider hiring you part time to help with: - Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Refinement sessions - Ensure that Scrum practices are followed - Maintain a productive and positive team atmosphere Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proven experience as a Scrum Master - Strong understanding of Agile practices - Excellent facilitation and communication skills

In each sprint, we'll plan the next phase of our work. To document our progress and the project stages, we'll use JIRA. Students may form groups of between 1 and 9 members (in line with SCRUM methodology). The topic of the project or application is open-ended, but we won't aim for a complete solution. However, the project must include a functional component, as it will be needed for one of our stages, which is testing.
