Overview:
We are looking for a skilled freelancer to set up and customize the Frezka salon management system (built with Flutter and Laravel) on our server for our Lotus Flower brand. The system will serve as a centralized solution for managing appointments, staff, and operations across multiple branches. Additionally, we require specific customizations to enhance functionality for our business needs.

Scope of Work:
Installation and Initial Setup:

Install the Frezka salon management system on our server.
Configure the system to operate under our brand name, Lotus Flower.
Ensure proper integration and functionality for multiple branches.
Customization Requirements:

Expense Management:
Add a module to track and manage expenses for each salon branch separately. The module should:
Allow branch managers to input daily/weekly/monthly expenses.
Provide expense reporting for each branch.
Stock Management System:
Enhance the system to track service-related stock usage. The module should:
Maintain a stock inventory for each branch.
Automatically deduct stock quantities after a service is completed and billed (e.g., deduct 200 mg of protein from a 1000 mg stock after a hair protein service).
Provide alerts when stock levels fall below a predefined threshold.
Generate reports on stock usage and availability.
Testing and Quality Assurance:

Conduct thorough testing of all functionalities, including the newly added modules.
Ensure the system operates smoothly without errors across all branches.
Documentation and Support:

Provide detailed documentation on the customizations made.
Offer support for any initial issues or queries post-installation.
Requirements:
Proven experience with Flutter and Laravel-based systems.
Familiarity with salon or service-based management software is a plus.
Strong understanding of multi-branch systems and inventory management.
Ability to deliver within a reasonable timeline.
