Attached to this contest you will see a file called Baring White House. That is the the current house that I have, and I am looking for rendering of what that house will look like if I make some updates to colors and a few minor structures, such as those found in the file with the dark gray house called Color Schemes. NOTE: I am working with the Baring White House, so please do NOT submit a totally different house with different dimensions. The winning rendering will be used to show the results of cosmetic upgrades to my existing Baring White house. Therefore a winning entry must maintain the exact same dimensions as the white house shown. Said differently, I will NOT be tearing this house down and building a new one, just adding some cosmetic upgrades and seeking to understand what that would look like on my existing white house.

I'm seeking a professional to create a moderate-detail exterior architectural rendering of what an existing house could look like after getting a cosmetic upgrade. I have included the current photo, as well as a marked up photo showing possible enhancements including two small balconies on each side of a grand, timber-framed entry with a new gable above it, a possible mud-room to the right of the entry, a wood trellis above the (new) carriage-house style garage doors, wood (fir) timber posts on the front of the house instead of white columns, wood under the eaves, etc. I have also attached a picture of a different house that I like in terms of board-and-batten siding, style of windows, dark gray paint color, light-fir wood color, mud-room on the right, etc. That is just an example of what the color pallet could look like on the new rendering. Feel free to remove the lamp post and put rhododendron bushes in front of the fence on the right and/or the dirty storage container on the left. For bonus points: Adjust the front yard to have u-shaped driveway in front of the entry with a pacific northwest style water feature (e.g. stone rockery with some small conifer / evergreen plants and a little pool with water flowing into it).

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in architectural rendering software
- Strong understanding of design principles
- Experience with moderate-detail renderings

Please note, the focus is primarily on the exterior of the building, and there is no need to include landscaping, lighting, or surrounding buildings in this particular project.
