They may make you feel worthless, threaten you or be violent towards you. <\/p>\n <\/a>\n <\/div>\n Hate crimes and hate incidents are when someone is abusive, harasses you, makes threats or is violent towards you because of your identity.<\/p>\n <\/a>\n <\/div>\n Everyone deserves a safe online experience. However, some people use the internet and technology to harm other people.<\/p>\n <\/a>\n <\/div>\n It is never okay for someone to hurt or upset you, or make you do things that feel wrong. Child abuse can happen in different ways, and can involve neglect, physical, emotional and sexual abuse. <\/p>\n <\/a>\n <\/div>\n Having something stolen or deliberately damaged or broken (called criminal damage) are some of the most common crimes.<\/p>\n <\/a>\n <\/div>\n A violent crime is one when someone physically hurts, or threatens to hurt, you.
