Background and objectives
As part of the "Pakt Pro commerce", the Ministry of the Economy is launching the "e-commerce platform" together with the City of Luxembourg, the Chamber of Commerce and the Luxembourg Trade Confederation (Confédération luxembourgeoise du commerce – CLC).
This online shop is a digital showcase for all merchants nation-wide. It aims to enable traders to
- gain visibility and/or enhance their image through a merchant network developed to increase their traffic and sales,
- eliminate the barriers between physical and digital shops and
- enhance customer service by offering a dynamic, speedy and efficient online shopping experience for customers.
Platform description
The e-commerce site is a unique digital showcase for vendors from all over the country. Each merchant has their own digital showroom, where they can manage their offers and content.
Users can explore the platform based on geographic location or individual products. The user-friendly navigation tools allow customers to view new items or visit favourite shops, with the option to pool purchases.
