UL Solutions' full-service independent laboratories in North America, staffed by field testing experts, can conduct on-site assessments to determine compliance with key building requirement standards, including Canadian Standard Association (CSA), American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA). We test in accordance with the requirements of warranty providers such as Premiere Guarantee, and Tarion Warranty.

We conduct testing at varying stages of building construction and throughout the lifetime of the building. This allows us to evaluate elements of the building enclosure installation performance and compliance to industry standards, warranty requirements and project specifications. We also conduct testing on existing structures to identify the sources of air and water leakage to allow for remediation of any potential issues.
