If the response received from the contact person named above is not satisfactory, you may file a complaint with the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG). The FFG accepts complaints filed online via the electronic contact form (German).
The FFG will examine whether the complaint relates to violations of the Web Accessibility Act (Web-Zugänglichkeits-Gesetz - WZG), and particularly to a failure on the part of TU Graz or associated institutions to comply with the accessibility requirements
If the complaint is justified, the FFG will provide recommendations for further action to TU Graz or the legal entities concerned and propose measures designed to remedy the problem.
