The selection and quality of wines available is great - it is also fun and helpful to be able to select wines for the bottles desired, but also being able to "simply" order the available pre-selected bottles offered online or via the magazine.

I had sent you a previous e-mail about this horrible experience. My ten (10) bottles of wine were all BAD. When I say bad, I mean they had a "green alcoholic" taste to them. They all had this same taste. As requested, I will send a list of the wines and see what happens after that. I will send another e-mail as to how Swirl handles this situation. I have had the wonderful opportunity to enjoy a live class and pre-recorded class, both were wonderful! As a newbie to the wine world, SommSchool helped me to learn the basics of tasting wine. While also following along on Instagram, I have grown so much in my knowledge of wine and how to truly taste the wine. I cannot recommend SommSchool enough. Whether you’re a newbie like me or a more experienced wine person, you will surely enjoy and learn in each class. Enjoy! 🍷

DPD delivered without warning so nobody was home. No offer to come back. I have to go get my case of wine myself somewhere I cannot park. How will I carry the case? Impossible to talk to a person for help or complain about this absurd situation. Finally seemed to have reached a human being on the chat, and was told they would be arranging another delivery. So far no news of that happening.. I will not be buying wine from Vivino again. This is really disappointing and unacceptable.
