Useless. I enrolled as I don't print much and it seemed a better option but I'm out of black ink and they aren't sending anymore. There is no way to order more on the service and their chat bot is worthless. I even tried talk to a person and it said use WhatsApp, Messenger or call - without giving any numbers at all. There is no way to contact customer service, no way to order ink and I'm stuck with a useless printer with no black ink. This is a bad service.

The advertisement of free is not true. They just move numbers around and make it seem like you get something for free. Very deceptive.

Great experience and will be delighted to do business again. Online ordering system was easy to use. Customer service agent was friendly, knowledgeable, and able to answer questions for me over the phone. Proofs were sent in a timely manner and order was processed and shipped quickly. So grateful Baudville was able to meet my 1-week turnaround deadline as well. Thanks to all for top-notch service all around!

Ergo Chair cylinder snapped in half just under the connection. Same thing in the same place happened to a friend of mines as well. His broke alot sooner than mine but for a chair thats given only a 2 year warranty for this price is not worth it. Mine is less than 3 years old.

The service is substandard. Voice quality is very poor. The delay in forwarding calls is unacceptable. A large percentage of calls never come through. When I tried to cancel my account, I got an endless run around. Their support email inbox was full. Their phone system disconnected me after 1 hour on hold. Their chat system was unresponsive. When I finally chatted with a human and got no resolution, they sent me an incomplete transcript of the conversation. I highly recommend staying away from this company. It's not worth what they charge.
