The customer service provided for WSJ Wine, managed by Direct Wine, Inc., is out of the Dominican Republic. It'd been six days of a circus circle game, and it's not over yet. Do not believe what the man says as you are waiting patiently for a customer service representative to take your call.... "please remember you can... manage your wine club online at wsjwine.com." You cannot. Wine mistakenly gets shipped even after you have cancelled your wine club "membership." The 16-Year Anniversary Special Offers are not so sweet when website and customer service snafus insidiously screw up orders. There is no customer service orientation, just a script that offers no solace if you're the customer. It's a black hole, and I wish I had googled the complaints registered at the Better Business Bureau before I took the dive. The experiences chronicled there never end. You have just entered The Twilight Zone....

I received a damaged wine cooler last week. My first experience with Wine Enthusiast. The issue was the hinge on the bottom of the cabinet door was bent. The hinge was stainless steel and very difficult to bend and straighten without damaging the unit. Because of this issue, the door would not seed or close properly. I contacted Wine Enthusiast, sent pictures, explanation, etc.... 2 days later they contacted me and offered a replacement unit. The unit is already on its way. This is what I call "great customer service"!!! I dealt with Rose who is very responsive and helpful. I look forward to being a long time customer.

I always order wine at this place maybe at least 50-100 bottles the last couple years.. there was several times they didn’t have the product that I wanted, but they still took the money and then turned around say will send them out next month. I had to wait several weeks to get it, but I never wrote a review until this time. This time I order five bottles of wine and I got them all on time but one bottle the wine was leaking ..the liquor came out all messy..It was a gift for my business customer. I could not give them the Broken bottle. So I requested a replacement.. They said they’re not gonna give us a new one. This is a very common issue they said…. But I bought insurance for delivery too.. I could not believe I paid for full price + paid for insurance and got a broken bottle of wine and got an answer from the seller say it’s a common issue.. ridiculous, Scam..!!!!! If you are not solving this problem with me, there will be further action coming..!!!
