Customs Procedures
We use the Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) method for our shipments to the United States, ensuring we handle all transportation and import duties until the goods are delivered to you. For shipments to other countries, any additional costs are the responsibility of the customer. We have adjusted our pricing policy accordingly.
Shipping Cost
For all orders to the USA exceeding $348.99, shipping is complimentary, with the exception of Trexo MoCo Car orders. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of $25 will be applied and visible at the payment page.
Shipping Duration
Trexo Innovations has partnered with UPS for order delivery. Once your order is processed, a tracking number from the shipping carrier will be provided, and you will receive email updates regarding your order status. After UPS scans your order, you can use the provided tracking number to access the latest shipping information. Depending on your location, delivery will be made within 2-6 business days, ensuring a prompt and efficient service.
Shipping Days
If the product is in stock, it will be shipped the same day; if it is out of stock, it will be shipped within one week.

Damages, Losses, Insurance, Warranty & Repairs
Damaged Packing
If your shipment is delivered by the courier and is found to be damaged, you must report the damage to the courier and create a report. Additionally, you must provide us with pictures of the damage on the package and/or product within 3 business days. If your damaged shipment is not delivered in person, but left at your doorstep (which is a common delivery culture in the US), you must provide us with pictures of the damage on the package and/or product within 3 business days as well. It's important to take these steps promptly to ensure that we can assist you with the situation as efficiently as possible.
Missing Item on Delivery

Repairs
Should you encounter any technical difficulties, please let us know through our "Contact Us" page. We provide complimentary repairs for issues within the warranty period. For issues outside the warranty, we have a paid repair service available. Purchases made directly from trexoin.com are eligible for insurance credit, ensuring you won't have to pay for parts, even for problems not covered by the warranty. Additionally, you are entitled to a 1-year warranty on your product, offering you peace of mind and support when you need it.

Adding an item to an already completed orderIf your order has not yet shipped, we would be more than happy to help you add a product to your order and ship it together! Please contact our outstanding customer support team with your order number, and we'll be more than glad to help!
Changing the Shipment Address
If your order has not yet shipped, you may still be able to change the shipping address.Please reach out to our Customer Service team by sending us a message, and we would be happy to assist you!
Canceling the Order
If your order has not shipped, please send us a message at info@trexoin.com with a request to cancel your order. In your request, please provide your first and last name and your order number.
