Product/project manager needed

hello,

we are a company producing leads in USA, in some niches (people needing dentist, lawyers and some other)

we are looking a product manager to put together a system and team to get prospects to buy the leads.

Get the right people in fiverr, here in upwork etc ... to contact the prospects by email or phone or both and get the sale of leads

packages. Actually, make the things happen. Manage the team and get results.

We are paying by hour But, VERY IMPORTANT, a % in sales achieved by the team.

needed to have paypal account, skype and watsap.

we think its needed 2-3 hours a day to manage this project so please bid for a week worth of hours. so please bid for 10 hours.

we expect bids of 40-50$ wich means we are willing to pay at 4-5$ the hour. Please dont bid for more than 50$ at this time.

please show experience in similar projects and ideas to get this project succesfull
