My name is David Walls. I am the IT manager for a company located in East Tennessee and we need some help with Microsoft Project / Project Management Training/Consulting. We are a Hardscaping, Landscaping, Construction, Irrigation and Pool company . . .I may have missed a couple LOL!
We already have Project Managers who know how to build a Project Plan, set dependencies, etc. However, some of this could probably be reviewed and enhanced.
Project Managers generally manage between 8-15 Projects
I'll try to outline some of our wants/needs below:
We need two "Dashboards" or "Views."

-We need a consultant who can participate in conversations about our current use case and existing Project implementation (in its current state), act as a consultant based on their expertise with Project Management (Specifically using Microsoft project), and help us maximize our productivity.
-What/How are we currently using the solution?
-What do we need to be able to do with the solution/how can we improve our operation by leveraging the full capabilities of Microsoft Project?
