Linux/AWS Server Admin for Project Management

I'm in need of a reliable Linux/AWS server admin to oversee and manage an ongoing project on an as-needed, hourly basis. Your responsibilities will include handling server maintenance, performing software updates, monitoring security, and ensuring HIPAA compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regular server maintenance and troubleshooting
- Timely software updates to guarantee optimal performance
- Security monitoring to detect and mitigate potential threats
- Auditing for HIPAA compliance
- Managing cPanel & CHM
Ideal Candidate:
- Extensive experience with Linux, specifically Ubuntu, CentOS, and Debian
- Proficient in managing and maintaining AWS and Linode servers
- Solid understanding of server maintenance, software updates, and security monitoring
- Experience with HIPAA compliance auditing
- Familiar with cPanel & CHM
Skills & Experience:
- Highly skilled in Linux server administration
- Proven track record with AWS
- Prior experience in managing software updates and server maintenance
- Strong background in security monitoring
- Understanding of HIPAA COMPLIANCE AUDITING IS A MUST
- Proficient in cPanel & CHM management
***NOTE: we had a server admin previously. He was great, but unfortunately not very responsive. I am in Texas. My web developer is in India. The main contact will typically be him. I have increased the pay range from our previous offer specifically to find somebody who is not only qualified, but committed to TIMELY responses.. no greater than 12 hours, though generally much faster (we understand this depends also on which time zone you are in). Tasks are typically not very time consuming nor difficult for an experienced admin, but do need to be addressed at a minimum with letting us know what will be done, and when it will be done by.***
