We are looking for a talented Email Automation Specialist to join our team on a freelance basis for transport rental business in Bali.
Responsibilities
Design and implement email automation strategies, including:
1. Journey Emails (Pre-Delivery, Trip, Post-Booking/Review, Re-engagement).
2. Monthly Newsletters and Seasonal Campaigns.
3. Seasonal Campaigns / Promotional Emails
Key task:
1. Manage and segment subscriber lists for targeted messaging.
2. Monitor email performance and optimize for engagement.
3. Create visually appealing assets using tools like Figma.
Requirements:
1. Proficiency in Mailerlite or similar tools.
2. Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
3. Understanding of the customer journey and behavior segmentation.
4. Familiarity with Figma for creative design.
5. Analytical mindset to track and improve performance.
