Job Description:

Model Scout for Chinese Model Agency

Position: Model Scout (Experience in the modeling, photography, makeup, or styling industries is highly preferred.)

Location: Preferably in Eastern Europe or Latin America

Compensation:

Up to $200 per successful model placement (negotiable for highly qualified scouts)

- $50 upon model signing the contract

- $50 upon model's arrival in China

- $50 after one month of the model's work

- $50 upon contract completion

Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced professionals in the modeling industry to join our team as Model Scouts. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, evaluate, and recommend models for our agency. Successful candidates will have a keen eye for talent and a strong network within the modeling industry.

Responsibilities:

- Identify potential models who meet our agency's requirements

- Collect and submit models' portfolios (book), unedited photos (snap), and videos for our review

- Communicate with potential models regarding our agency's expectations and opportunities

- Coordinate with models to ensure they have all necessary documentation and materials for submission

Model Requirements:

- Female models: Height 172-180 cm, with typical Western features

- Male models: Height 183-190 cm, with typical Western features

- Must be willing to work in Guangzhou, China

- Must be available for commercial shoots, fashion weeks, and other modeling assignments as per contract

- Preferably in Eastern Europe or Latin America
