3-D rendering for landscape architecture project.
The area to be mapped will be 10,000 square meters or 2.47 acres. (see screenshot attached, it is the area "etapa 01")
We should go for 10-20 Renders, closer to 10 than 20.
The developers see these wetlands as a major part of the attractiveness of the development since they are on the other side of the road, with relation to the beach. The design concepts that must be included are: Landscape architecture and Biodiversity. These are not intended to treat or retain water. The main concern wit these wetlands is to consider major storms or hurricanes. We need to consider what’s going to happen with storm water flows. This is not a flood plain, but it will be subjected to very large amounts of rainfall in short time spans. Even though water treatment is not an issue here, we might consider the wetland as if it was design for water treatment, in the sense that we might want areas where plants do filtrate solids and water in submerged water beds. We need to promote a safe environment for local flora and fauna. However we need to have water flow. Standing water Is a hazard here to bad odors and mosquitoes that breed in standing water. We need water to be as transparent as possible. We should think of this systems being a very low maintenance system. All pumping required must be solar driven.
We need an autocad design of the basin, depth, profiles etc, and the equipment we will use to promote enough water flow in the system. We will also need some renders on plant placement and visual aspect of the wetland.
They need a design by Late January early February.
These wetlands need to have a lined surface with HDPE, and have all the slopes designed so that the HDPE is not visible from the outside. I am considering white HDPE that creates a very attractive blue hue, with the sky´s reflection.
