I need an expert who can rerender architectural buildings and their surrounding landscapes for client presentations. The focus will be primarily on the surrounding landscape, so experience in landscape architecture and design would be beneficial. Key Requirements: - High-detail renditions with textures: The desired level of detail is quite intricate, with a strong emphasis on realistic texturing. - Strong architectural design background: Understanding of architectural principles is essential for this project. - Proficiency in 3D modeling software: Should be adept at using industry-standard software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar. - Experience with client presentations: Must be able to create visuals that are compelling for client meetings. This project is about creating detailed and realistic rerendered landscapes that will aid in effective client presentations.
