Needed Is a "pleasing to the eye" website design for a Youtube to MP3 convertion service. The website is a one Page website with 2 Input Fields and one Button. In addition a shadowbox and "JS Is disabled" Messages with the same design are needed. The website shouldn´t look too payful but also not to serious business like. A professional trustworthy look is needed. Please see the picture for a rought sketch of the GUI element allocation. As you might guess, english is not my native tounge. So if you can speak/write german feel free to do so.

Hey there, currently we have are building a website in Word Press, , we would like to make our WORK page operate differently than how it works currently. To understand further the problem, go to our website and select "WORK", then select "Miller", a box containing shadowbox code pops-up and loads a series of videos, all queued up and displayed as thumbnails at the bottom of the Vimeo video player. I have a domain name which I need to use as a main portal to redirect to a large number of agent sites. I need to create a simple popup box (like a shadowbox popup) that will have a text field to enter the promo code (123456) and a submit button. Greetings, Our website currently has a lightbox that shows up every time the user enters the website (and views any webpage). We would like to change the behavior of the lightbox so that once the user sign...user signs up (fills out a contact form with their email address) the lightbox does not show again. In order to do this we envision setting a cookie on the user's machine once he reaches the success page for the signup. The cookie should have an expiration of 365 days. If the cookie is set the user will not see the shadowbox again. We currently use a Joomla plugin in order to show the lightbox, so you would have to make changes to the existing plugin.
