Buyer Beware!! This developer did minimal coding requested milestones before job was fully completed. I now have paid over $500.00 for a skeleton site with none of the costly integration I needed. His response was I am very busy please hire someone else. Do not be fooled by the US username as its is not the case. When choosing make sure you look at the last 3 months of feedback as if I would of done so I would not of picked them.

After overpaying this freelancer, it turned out the the end result was much lousier than what the cheapest developer would have done. The developer cared only about his pay the whole time. BTW even though you think that you're dealing with an American expert, you'll actually be taken care of by a Pakistani guy, so you might as well go for the cheaper competitors out there, no real value with this one. I had to virtually beg him to complete each and everyone of the elements. I clearly stated that the project is in Hebrew and that the website is RTL, thinking that if the expert applied for this project, he knows what he's doing, but he does not! Wouldn't work with again, even for free!

Unable to reach freelancer through messaging her. Initial payment paid.
