My goal is to be part of a company with value for integrity and people service. With my previous jobs, as a customer service and technical support representative. I have learned a lot about professionalism and building rapport at the same time. I have great communication skills and am always willing to learn new things. I worked as a technical support representative and customer service representative. I was trained to multi-task; answer calls, take down notes, run applications while troubleshooting and all the while providing exceptional service. I am proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) and am willing to learn new software applications if need be. I have a fast internet connection which assures that I'm consistently on top of everything and doing my job.
