I have been a Professional Remote – Virtual Assistant/Admin Manager/Data Entry/PA for 12 years with the same company. I managed All of these roles simultaneously and remotely. Some of my many responsibilities included being solely responsible for all Data Entry and the upkeep & maintaining of all data on all programs & databases, for the entire company. In my last role I managed 3 Email accounts (Director's, Operational Manager's, My Own). My Responsibilities as Bookkeeper, though not qualified, included Income and Expense entries, Invoicing, Payment Processing, Bank- and Account Reconciliations, Account Managing (all of which was processed on Kidsoft, Excel, Word). I also had brief training on XERO, but the business decided not go forth with this software. I take note that you make use of QuickBooks, however, I am a quick study on new bookkeeping software
