We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Acquisitions Associate to join our dynamic team!
This is a part-time position requiring 4 hours of work per day from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM EST. The ideal candidate will be a strong closer with proven sales experience, a solid understanding of real estate contracts, and proficiency in tools like ReiReply and DealMachine.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with property owners to identify acquisition opportunities.
• Analyze potential deals, negotiate offers, and secure contracts.
• Use ReiReply for communication management and deal tracking.
• Leverage DealMachine for lead generation and driving for dollars.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with prospects and leads consistently.
• Provide updates on progress and meet daily performance goals.
Requirements:
> Sales Expertise: Proven track record in real estate or sales roles with a focus on closing deals.
> Contract Knowledge: Strong understanding of real estate contracts and related processes.
> Tech-Savvy: Proficient in ReiReply and DealMachine; ability to quickly learn new tools.
> Strong Communicator: Excellent spoken and written English with minimal to no accent.
> Dependable and Driven: No excuse-maker; takes ownership of responsibilities and achieves results.
> Time Management: Able to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Prior experience in real estate acquisitions or wholesaling.
2. Familiarity with CRM tools and skip tracing techniques.
3. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
4. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in real estate acquisitions or sales roles.
