Web Scraping Expert Needed for Python Script

I am looking for a seasoned web scraping expert who knows how to use and setup scraping on enterprise public systems such as ScrapingBee or Apify. I don’t mind if you can recommend another public system/service to use if the cost is low per month or per run. The main reasons I am looking to setup via a public scraping service is to make use of their proxy, masking, and anti-scraping technology so I can get consistent results. Consistency and reliability are very important to my project. Therefore, only an expert in this field should apply and offer solid background into how they can achieve this.
- Data Type: The primary focus will be scraping product information.
- Frequency: The script needs to run weekly.
The ideal freelancer for this job should have:
- Extensive experience in web scraping and Python programming.
- Familiarity with platforms like ScrapingBee and Apify or others
- Understanding of anti-scraping technologies.
- Ability to ensure data consistency and reliability.
Filters
The web scraping script that is to run on the enterprise scraping service needs to complete the following:
I would like to scrape all properties from [login to view URL] that meet the following criteria:
• All properties from the site
• In all regions, covering the whole of the UK (the script can run under specific regions to split this out)
• Where the keyword “HMO” is present (this can be filtered for in the filter section under keyword)
I would like the script to pull all properties on the site that meet the above criteria only, but have the option to further filter on properties added to the site within “Anytime”, “Last 24 hours”, “Last 7 days”, Last 14 days”, “Last 30 days” as per the filters. Other optional switches are (these are all available in the filters section, so it should just be adjustments to the URL):
• Under offer/Sold STC
• Price reduced
• Chain-free
• New homes only
• Auction only
Data to Scrape
I would like the following information per property:
• Price in GBP
• Short description: e.g. 6 bed terraced house for sale
• Address
• Specification: e.g. 6 bed, 6 bath, EPC Rating D
• Agent Name
• Agent Address
• Agent contact number
• Key information:
o Tenure: Freehold
o Council Tax band: D
• Full description (must be the full description not partial)
• Travel Information:
o Nearest stations
o Nearest schools
• Floor plan
• All images (Must be all images. Can be turned off with a parameter switch)
• URL for the listing
• Listing history
• Energy performance certificate (if present and if possible)
• Market stats (if possible)
Output
Please can I get the output in a CSV file with a column for each field.
Where images e.g. Photos or Floor plans are downloaded, please can they go into a subfolder names specifically for that property with a link field e.g. Column_ID: 28, subfolder named: 28 holds the images for the property
