Pythin script to enter online contest

I want a script that can enter this ([login to view URL]) contest, it will have a section with constants that I can enter the information to use in the submission and will return errorlevel on exit indicating if the submission was successful or not. I will schedule it to run daily and rely on the error level to tell if there was a problem or not
