Rewards Module for Magento Store

I have a magento based ecommerce site under development and need someone to create a rewards module for it. The rewards module will be similar to an airline loyalty program and should be available almost as an API for rest of the site to call. There will be rewards for various actions on the site and everytime an action is performed, the rewards module should be called to add points to the user's profile. I want a module coded such that my regular webdeveloper can program calls to the module to - add points to a user's profile - check a user's status and points - reduce a user's points (if used to purchase a product / discount) Details of the Rewards program are as follows - 1. Each user will maintain a rewards profile which has 2 parameters 1.1. A status for the user - silver, gold or platinum 1.2. Points in the users rewards account which are accumulated over time 2. Points accumulation will be based on various actions on the site. Each such action should call a function to add points to the users rewards account. 2.1. Actions are events like (i) connecting tjori to users facebook timeline (ii) liking a product, (iii) liking a sale (iv) purchasing a product (v) reviewing a product 2.2. Other actions may be defined in the future. The rewards points system should be flexible to allow this 3. Status upgrade or downgrade for each user 3.1. Status increases on accumulating x1 or x2 points in y time to move from silver to gold or gold to platinum 3.2. Status is retained if a1 or a2 or a3 points are accumulated in y time while being in the required status 3.3. Status is downgraded by 1 if necessary points are not accumulated in y time 4. On the flash sale site, the rewards program will require the following integration 4.1. Ability to apply a discount on the retail price for users based on their status (as explained in the rewards program) 4.2. Ability to apply additional discount based on points collected on the site - we can discuss the UX implementation of this
