Realistic GTA V Role Play Server Creation

I'm seeking an experienced developer to help me build a community server for GTA V focused on realistic role play. Key Features: - Custom Jobs and Economy System: I want a well-structured economy with various jobs that players can take on, contributing to the realism and immersion of the game. - Law Enforcement and Emergency Services: This server will need to include a comprehensive law enforcement system, alongside emergency services, to add another layer of realism and challenge. - Housing and Property Ownership: Players should be able to own property, adding another facet to the role play experience. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Extensive knowledge of GTA V and its modding capabilities. - Experience in server creation and management. - Previous work on role play servers will be a significant advantage. - Skills in creating custom mods and scripts will be necessary. The goal is to provide players with a rich, immersive and realistic role play experience, so attention to detail and a deep understanding of role play mechanics will be key. My vision fort the city is to have endless interactions, customizations and upgrades all around. It must stand out from all the rest with unique ideas and be limitless it what you can do. A variety of heists which a few link up together and hold key information/ items in order to move on to the next. Heists and setups must be accessible to everyone, not too easy yet not too hard for people to get discouraged from doing. Melee weapons to some what be upgradeable which will effectively cause extra damage when doing so. Upgradeable parts/ materials to be found within jobs, heists an other ways that comes to your mind. Guns to be fully craftable with as much attention to detail as possible, parts to be rewarded through certain heists also depending on the % luck of finding them so it’s not always a guarantee. Civ jobs that are fun, with the possibility of leading onto other things or jobs as you progress in levels. For example Sanity level we have made it so that you start with a jet wash progress to a certain level which will give you capability to do bin jobs and find materials as well as other items which will then allow to to progress onto something else. Chains, rings sand jewellery which will be customisable and possibilities of giving extra effects to players. Businesses player owned again with as much attention to detail, unique ideas and endless possibilities. Example a business may in some ways been need for people to buy items or go to and have normal items crafted into something that maybe acquired for heists or illegal activities. The mission goal is to have the best of the best, pure attention to detail and as mentioned a few times limitless imagination, interactions and the possibilities of doing anything and everything within the city. With regards to developers we have a few ready and onbaord to give a helping hand where needed and to take make the task at hand easier whom all have great experience. What I am looking for is potentially a head developer to take the lead role in this project and assure the highest of standards produced. If you can let me know what kind of costs I would be looking from the details described above and taking into account that help will be provided when needed this would be much appreciated. With regards to time scale we already have running city in the time being. We have announced last night this rebrand and rebuild so as you can imagine numbers of the population will begin to drop as people wait for the new city so it would be able to get started right away but at the same time not rush so that we can provide a city to the community that will blow them away.
