We are developing a fully automated onboarding process for our new payment solution platform, 1Pay. The goal is to leverage AI to streamline every step of the onboarding journey, ensuring an efficient, error-free, and user-friendly experience. Below is an outline of the project requirements:
Project Scope:
1. Initial Customer Interaction:
• AI should guide customers through basic questions to collect necessary information.
• Use adaptive questioning to ensure only relevant queries are presented to the customer.
2. Data Integration:
• AI should integrate with external systems (e.g., CRMs, document storage platforms, etc.) to retrieve customer documents and validate their authenticity.
• Ensure seamless integration with national or third-party validation systems to cross-check customer-provided data.
3. Data Validation and Submission:
• AI should analyze customer-provided information and documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare a summarized and validated customer profile for internal review.
4. Internal Review and Approval:
• Present the processed application to our team for final approval before submission to regulatory bodies in Denmark.
5. Feedback Loop:
• Once we receive feedback or approval from Denmark, AI should take over again.
• Communicate approval or next steps to the customer, providing them with clear instructions on how to get started with the platform.
6. Customer Support:
• AI should remain available post-onboarding to answer FAQs and guide customers through the initial stages of using the platform.
Technical Requirements:
• AI expertise: Natural language processing (NLP) for customer interaction and advanced algorithms for data validation.
• Integration: Ability to connect with third-party APIs and document validation systems.
• Security: Ensure the highest level of data protection in compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations.
