This system will be primarily used at events such as weddings, where the couple can provide a QR code for their guests to easily share photos taken during the event. 2. Key Features & Functionalities The system will include the following core features: 2.1 QR Code Generation Admin Panel: An interface for event organizers (e.g., wedding couples or administrators) to generate unique QR codes for their event. Customizable QR Codes: The ability to customize the QR code with event details (e.g., wedding couple names, event date) for branding. Event Association: Each QR code is associated with a unique event folder where uploaded media will be stored. 2.2 Photo/Media Upload QR Code Scanning: Users (e.g., guests) scan the QR code using their smartphone's camera, leading them to a web page or app for uploading media. Media Upload: Guests can upload photos, videos, or other media files from their phone's gallery or camera. File Types Supported: JPEG, PNG, MP4, and other common image and video formats. Upload Restrictions: Option to set limits on file size or number of files per user if needed. 2.3 Cloud Storage & Organization Cloud Integration: Integration with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS S3, or Dropbox to store media. Event-Specific Folders: Media is automatically organized into folders based on the event, ensuring easy access for the event organizer. Auto Backup: All uploaded media will be automatically backed up in the cloud. 2.4 User Management Guest Access: Guests do not need to create an account; they can upload files directly by scanning the QR code. Admin Access: Event organizers can log in to the system to view, manage, and download uploaded media. Moderation Options: The admin can review, approve, or delete media if required. 2.5 Notifications & Confirmation Upload Confirmation: Guests receive an on-screen confirmation once their media has been successfully uploaded.
