Bug Fix for GitHub Actions Setup & Code Deployment to be Online

I have github actions tool setup to when we put the latest code from another branch onto the "main" branch it automatically goes live to my website.
This feature was working well and ive already tested it.
The problem is the dev who set this up from another platform is no longer around on that platform. I tried to merge the latest code myself from another branch onto main branch but for some reason it did not work.
So i need somone to take the latest code from branch "latest-25" and merge (or do whatever is needed ) to the main branch so it is live on my website.
Some settings might of gotten messed up or something because for some reason its not working after the latest code got merged.
I also need you to give me directions on how i can do this myself next time. Because i like to test code locally on my computer first from another branch when creating new features or fixing bugs and after i approve it then I want be able to put the latest code onto main branch and it automatically goes live on my website.
I also need to change my FTP login info so i need someone to give me info on how to update the github actions tool settings to still work even after i change my ftp login info for both of my hosting accounts.
I will need you to put the directions on a google doc and also if you are willing to record screen when you put the latest code onto main branch and get it working that would be a huge plus as well.
I WILL ONLY HIRE SOMONE WHO HAS EXPERIENCE WITH THIS. I WILL WRITE A GOOD REVIEW ONCE THIS IS DONE CORRECTLY.
