Legal Research & Appellate Brief Assistance

I am a pro se plaintiff in need of legal research and assistance with preparing an appellate brief. I am appealing a Cape May County Superior court case against my HOA. I have appealed the case pro se that is currently under CASP review. However opposing party does not want to make a good faith attempt to resolve the matter. I have also filed a motion to stay judgement pending appeal, which has been opposed. Oral arguments have been scheduled for 11/15/24 via zoom with the judge that presided over the original case. This judge has already granted all MSJs in HOA favor and i dont think i will be able to get a fair hearing with them. The case pertains to civil law. The assistance needed mainly focuses on drafting the appellate brief. The desired outcome is to secure a new trial. Please emphasize judicial bias in the brief. The appellate brief must be completed by six weeks. The appeal focuses on whether the court correctly granted MSJs despite the existence of disputed facts." The legal research and appellate brief should be handled by an experienced attorney. Please include multiple instances of judicial bias in the appellate brief. Please include arguments against the granting of MSJs. Please include specific behaviors or comments by the judge during court proceedings that indicate bias.
