We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative marketing professional to conduct a comprehensive review of our website from a marketing and branding standpoint. The goal is to ensure that the website effectively communicates our brand message, engages the target audience, and drives conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, user experience (UX), and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Responsibilities:
Brand Messaging & Positioning:
Assess how well the website communicates the company’s value proposition and mission.
Ensure brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visuals across all pages.
Provide recommendations for refining key messaging to appeal to the target audience.
User Experience (UX) & Navigation:
Evaluate the ease of navigation and overall user journey.
Identify potential barriers that might hinder user engagement or lead to drop-offs.
Suggest improvements to enhance the user experience and keep visitors on the site longer.
Content Review:
Review website content (text, images, videos) for clarity, relevance, and alignment with marketing goals.
Check for SEO optimization, including proper use of keywords, meta tags, and headers.
Identify gaps in content and propose new ideas to better engage the target audience.
Call-to-Action (CTA) Optimization:
Analyze the placement, visibility, and effectiveness of CTAs.
Ensure CTAs align with marketing goals (e.g., lead generation, purchases, sign-ups).
Provide suggestions for A/B testing to optimize CTA performance.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
Evaluate how effectively the website converts visitors into leads or customers.
Analyze forms, landing pages, and lead magnets for potential improvements.
Recommend actionable changes to increase conversion rates.
Competitive Analysis:
Compare the website’s marketing performance against competitors’ websites.
Identify industry best practices and suggest opportunities for differentiation.
Mobile Optimization:
Review the website’s mobile experience and ensure it’s optimized for smartphones and tablets.
Suggest improvements for mobile usability and speed.
Analytics & Performance:
Review existing website analytics to identify trends, strengths, and weaknesses.
Suggest metrics to track and ways to improve data collection for better marketing insights.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing, website analysis, or a related role.
Strong knowledge of SEO, UX design, and conversion optimization.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
Strong communication skills and ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
Deliverables:
A detailed report outlining observations, insights, and actionable recommendations.
Suggested improvements prioritized by impact and feasibility.
Optional: Wireframe mockups or visual examples of proposed changes.
