I'm looking to create a booking system for my yoga school. The system should not involve payment processing, but it should have a maximum class size, a configurable cancellation policy and different class types. Key Features: - Class Information: Each class type should include a description and its duration. - Email Signup: Students should be able to sign up for classes via email. There is no need for user registration and login functionality. Ideal Skills: - Strong proficiency in web development - Experience with booking systems preferred - Excellent understanding of email integration - Ability to create user-friendly interfaces Ui example: [login to view URL] Here’s a more detailed description of the project: Build a booking system for my yoga school without payment processing, but with maximum class size, configurable cancellation policy and configurable class types. The class types we define should repeat weekly infinitely with a possibility to define an end date. Users should be able either to book single classes or several or all future classes of one type. If a user has a recurrent weekly booking of a class type he should be able to remove the booking for individual weeks. We also want to define events that only happen once and can have a duration of a few hours up to several days like a yoga weekend or a teachers training course. We want a list view that can be included in another website where clicking a bookable item leads into our booking system with the selected item already preselected even if the user needs to register or login. The UI design should fit with the website https://www.ganeshyoga.de. The list view should be integrated there instead of the current class list. It should be configurable to show only one class type so that smaller instances of the list view can be displayed on subpages. Users should have roles where instructors can see the names of the participants and superusers can change roles. The backend should include: * Authentication/registration flow * Logic to generate upcoming class instances from the defined class types * Email notifications for booking, change and cancellation with editable templates * Booking and cancellation logic * Superuser und instructor role logic * User profile management Create installation instructions so that an experienced Linux user can set up a running system following the instructions. The project has to be checked in to Github. Project success is there when I am able to install the project on my server form Github using your installation instructions.
