Görev ve Sorumluluklar: -Dijital pazarlama stratejileri oluşturmak ve uygulamak. -Google Ads, Telegram ve diğer dijital platformlarda reklam kampanyaları oluşturmak, yönetmek ve performans analizlerini gerçekleştirmek -Web sitesi trafiğini izlemek ve iyileştirme stratejileri geliştirmek. -Kampanya performanslarını izleyerek KPI’lara göre değerlendirme yapmak ve yöneticilere rapor sunmak. -Müşteri geri bildirimlerini dikkate alarak dijital stratejileri optimize etmek. -Bağlı olduğu birimin ihtiyacı olan ve/veya talep ettiği, periyodik veya münferit her türlü rapor, bilgi, belge, doküman ve çalışmayı analiz etmek ve gerekli aksiyon önerilerini hazırlamak. -Yerel ve global pazardaki rakipleri ve dijital trendleri yakından takip ederek, markanın faydasına uygun yenilikleri önermek. Aradığımız Nitelikler: -Dijital pazarlama alanında ve tercihen en az 3 yıl deneyim. -Veri analizi, raporlama ve anlamlandırma konularında güçlü beceriler. -İleri düzeyde Photoshop veya benzeri görsel tasarım araçları kullanma becerisine sahip. -Takım çalışmasına yatkın, yaratıcı, çözüm odaklı ve öz motivasyonu yüksek. -Veriye dayalı kararlar verebilme yeteneğine sahip üstün analitik beceriler -Yaratıcı, pratik ve çözüm odaklı. -İçerik üretimi, metin yazımı ve sosyal medya yönetimi konularında yaratıcı ve çözüm odaklı çalışabilmek. -Yenilikçi ve analitik düşünme yeteneğine sahip. -Sosyal medya ve dijital reklam kampanyalarını yönetirken performans odaklı bir yaklaşımı benimsemek.
