I am in need of an experienced full stack developer who can build a customized, web-based CRM for a call center. This CRM will be used for managing incoming calls for businesses.

Key Features:
- Call Logging and Recording: The CRM should have the ability to log and record calls for quality assurance and training purposes.
- Automated Call Distribution: It should include a system for automatically distributing incoming calls to available agents.
- Reporting and Analytics: I need comprehensive reporting and analytics features to track performance and call center metrics.
Integration:
- The CRM will need to integrate with our dialer via Api.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in CRM development
- Familiarity with call center operations
- Excellent skills in creating web-based applications
- Experience with software integration
- Strong analytical and reporting software development skills
The CRM should be developed using NodeJS / NextJS for better integration and performance. The CRM needs to be completed in less than 2 months. The CRM should integrate with our existing VOIP services. Implement role-based access controls to provide different levels of access to features based on user roles. The user interface should support advanced customization options, including custom layouts and themes. The CRM should integrate via API with our local dialer: Voice center.
Post-deployment, only basic support for bug fixes and minor updates will be needed.
