Front-end developer required for ongoing work

I have quite a few projects coming up over the next few months, so I am looking for a reliable front-end developer that can meet the following requirements: 1. Be UK based 2. Have excellent communication skills via email and telephone, with English as your first language 3. Be RELIABLE, which means not going missing and carrying out the work when you say you will, plus being available Mon to Fri, 9am to 5pm. If you only dabble in your spare time (i.e. you are employed full time) please don't waste my time or yours. 4. Have excellent attention to detail creating pixel perfect templates from supplied psd's 5. Be able to code in XHTML / HTML5 / CSS3 / jQuery 6. Be great at responsive layouts using frameworks such as Skeleton, Foundation or Bootstrap 7. Front-end dev needs to be your main area of expertise, I am not looking for a jack-of-all-trades that can offer many different disciplines. I would like to work with an expert front-end developer please 8. Be able to provide some good live examples of your previous work plus references if possible 9. Provide me with your hourly or daily rate for this type of work I'll look forward to hearing from some great developers soon. Thanks.
