Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Flutter Developer with 7–8 years of professional experience in mobile application development, including extensive expertise in Flutter and Dart. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing proven work in developing complex, high-performance mobile applications. This role requires in-depth knowledge of cross-platform development, leadership in project delivery, and a passion for creating seamless user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Flutter Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and robust cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. Create reusable, efficient, and modular components for both Android and iOS platforms. Ensure applications meet high-quality standards with responsive designs and smooth animations. Project Leadership and Collaboration: Lead the mobile application development lifecycle from design to deployment, providing technical guidance to junior developers when required. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and designs into functional applications. Work alongside product managers, backend developers, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. Code Quality and Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices in Flutter development. Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce adherence to coding standards and guidelines. Stay updated with Flutter advancements, new packages, and tools, and integrate them into projects as needed. Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and technical issues proactively. Testing and Debugging: Implement robust testing strategies, including unit testing, integration testing, and UI testing. Use debugging tools and logs to identify and fix issues in a timely manner. Deployment and Maintenance: Manage the release process on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, ensuring compliance with their guidelines. Monitor application performance in production, gather user feedback, and address issues with updates. Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Research and implement the latest Flutter techniques and trends to improve development processes and application quality. Recommend innovative solutions to enhance user experience and performance. Qualifications and Requirements: Experience: 7–8 years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart. Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications (portfolio required). Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Flutter framework, widgets, state management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or Redux), and Dart programming language. Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and API integration. Solid knowledge of native Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development. Familiarity with database solutions like SQLite, Firebase Realtime Database, or Cloud Firestore. Experience with tools such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies. Knowledge of app deployment processes for both Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proactive attitude toward learning new technologies and frameworks. Preferred Skills: Experience in native platform development and bridging between native and Flutter components. Knowledge of AR/VR integrations, AI/ML in mobile apps, or Flutter Web/Flutter Desktop. Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
